WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY OF
iATTGREEN'S WASTE2GREEN PRODUCT

• The warranty is valid only at iATTGreen Authorized Maintenance Centers (AMC) listed on Waste2Green (W2G) website – iATTGreen Company (IATTGreen); http://www.waste2green.vn
• During warranty period, the product is warranted when components making up the product are self-damaging or damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
• Warranty measures include software upgrade, repair, replacement of components or other necessary measures at discretion of iATTGreen. For warranty as soon as possible, iATTGreen reserves right to use any form of free repair without prior notice to the customer. If customers have other requirements, please notify immediately when sending products to AMC for warranty.
• The warranty does not include hardware technical support (connection, installation …), software manuals, data recovery, applications, software or support for removing and deleting all types of password on the product.
• In case the warranty need to replace components, iATTGreen reserves right to use any type of component that complies with iATTGreen’s standards for replacement.
• If the W2G products do not violate warranty rejection, they will be warranted for free at home with the customer’s home within 50km from address of the AMC. In case of exceeding 50km, home service will be performed based on the agreement between AMC and customer.

The in-house warranty does not apply accessory damage or damage that can be handled remotely by upgrading software.

DETERMINATION OF WARRANTY PERIOD:

Products with serial number are applied to electronic warranty and do not need warranty card. Products applied by your electronic warranty need to be activated for warranty to enjoy genuine warranty benefits. Please contact the place of purchase to activated the product.

• In case the product is not activated, warranty period will be calculated according to date of purchase on the financial invoice, but must not exceed 06 months from date of expiry of warranty published on the website looking up warranty period of iATTGreen Company.
• In case the product is not activated and there is no financial invoice to determine date of purchase, warranty period will be based on warranty expiration date mentioned above.

WARRANTY PERIOD:

iATTGREEN reserves right to reject warranty for cases not applied by warranty, but not limited to the following cases:

• Product warranty expires.
• Damage that is not caused by a manufacturing defect or is not caused by components that make up the product itself.
• Damage caused by mechanical impact from the user’s side such as breaking, smashing, dismantling, and cleaning improperly according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Products are not distributed by iATTGreen, except for products with international warranty policy applied in Vietnam.
• The product is altered or repaired at locations not specified by iATTGreen.
• Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents or installation, use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

(Example: There are a lightning strike, electric ignition or liquid inside the product; The product is cracked, transported or maintained not according to instructions; used in a very dirty, humid environment, high temperature or exceeds relevant IP limits; Mold, rust, corrosion, oxidation, etc.).

• Damage caused by animals entering the product.
• Product damage arising from use in combination with other non-genuine accessories, products, software, ancillary devices, peripherals.
• Damages caused by fault of the mains supplier, Internet or applications.
• Software, applications, data are lost or damaged during use.
• Parts are subject to natural wear and tear during use
• The product does not have warranty data on iATTGreen’s data system or does not have a warranty card or an invalid warranty card (For example, Information on the form is not filled in, erased or corrected).
• The product’s model, serial number/ IMEI label is torn and/or illegible.
• The seal on the product (for products with the seal) is torn or broken.
• The IMEI number stored in the device’s hardware, the IMEI number printed on the machine label does not match.
• Promotional products are not warranted.

• In case of product exchange, depending on inventory conditions, iATTGreen can exchange products with the same model or equivalent features.
• Before bringing the product to AMC, you must be sure to remove all components, accessories, and add-ons that are not provided or warranted by the product. iATTGreen will not be responsible for their damage or loss (if any) during the repair.
• After inspection and repair, the product may be configured back to its original factory condition. In order to service the repair, you may be asked to provide a password and account to log into the product with administrative rights, if applicable.
• Repairs and replacement components or exchanged products will be warranted for 3 months from the date the customer receives the product back, or according to the remaining warranty period of the product, whichever is longer.
• Products that are not eligible for warranty or out of warranty will be repaired for a fee. AMC will contact the customer and quote before repair if the total cost (wage + parts + VAT) is more than 500,000 VND or when there is a request for a quote from the customer in advance.
